Facilitating the development of ambitious transport mitigation actions

The objective of the project is to build capacity within government agencies to collect transport data for the proper monitoring of indicators in line with the Philippine Urban Mobility Programme (PUMP) and the MobiliseYourCity guidelines.

The project will cover the preparation of a toolkit that clearly outlines data collection (particularly what should be collected and how), an assessment of existing capacities in government, academe, and private sector to collect the needed data (considering what data is currently being gathered), and the training of national and local government agencies as well as other stakeholders on how to use the toolkit.
