Capacity Building in bioenergy sustainability indicators for Viet Nam

ifeu supports the implementation of the sustainability indicators for bioenergy issued by the Global Bioenergy Partnership (GBEP) with its expertise all over the world - currently in Viet Nam, where a workshop and training session for the application of the indicators has been performed from July 17 until 21 with the help of ifeu-scientists.

Project BioMates launched: Bio-oils for co-processing

In early December 2016, the BioMates project (“Reliable Bio-based Refinery Intermediates”) kicked off with a meeting in Brussels. Within the project, ifeu will be responsible for the integrated sustainability assessment of the investigated pathways together with Imperial College from London.

Domestic oil crops for the oleochemistry

As the host of the first progress meeting, ifeu welcomed almost 40 delegates of the COSMOS project (Camelina & crambe Oil crops as Sources for Medium-chain Oils for Specialty oleochemicals) from 17.-19.11.2015 in Heidelberg.
