ifeu has been undertaking environmental research and providing a consultancy service for more than 40 years. At present, ifeu employs more than 80 people from the fields of natural sciences, engineering and social sciences at its offices in Heidelberg and Berlin.

Bachelor and Master Thesis
On occasion, we accept the scientific supervision of Bachelor and Master projects, particularly in cases where the proposed research is close to the key research interests pursued at ifeu. Current projects may be found here.
Please note that ifeu is not an academic institution. In consequence, enrollment at a tertiary education institution is mandatory for every Bachelor or Master candidate, and every thesis carried out under ifeu supervision requires an additional authorised supervisor from the candidate’s home institution.
