As part of the KEEKS project, a web app with 50 recipes was developed. The primary target group are schools that can get inspired and, if necessary, calculate the amount of ingredients directly. All recipes can also be used in other community catering facilities, restaurants and private homes. Climate-friendly and healthy recipes were selected, which are also liked by school children.

ifeu has determined the environmental impact of all recipes. In addition to greenhouse gas emissions, the land, phosphate and water footprints of the recipes are also indicated. This means that an informed selection can be made for these aspects, which have been partially neglected in the public discussion so far.
