Evaluation of the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve as an energy-efficiency region
Funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Energy until 2018, the BUND state association is carrying out the project “Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve as an energy-efficiency region”. In the context of this project, the ifeu Institute had already compiled a preliminary potential study for the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve in 2012.
Now the ifeu Institute is supporting BUND by undertaking an evaluation alongside the project. The primary objective of the evaluation is to investigate which stakeholders, measures, processes and conditions contribute to the success of the project. At the same time, the question of the extent to which the pilot project “Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve as an energy-efficiency region” can be transferred to other regions is to be discussed.
