Strategic development of the National Climate Action Initiative III

The project analyses options to improve efficiency and climate protection in Germany in context of the goals in 2050, the technical and economic potentials, the parties involved and political instruments. Furthermore, the crucial barriers to tapping the potentials are identified. Based on this and on the effectiveness analyses, strategic recommendations for the further development of mechanisms and objects of funding are proposed. Effectiveness analyses are  carried out on potential new measures for funding within the framework of the NKI and on other political instruments.
