IkKa – Recommendations for the evaluation of measures in municipal climate action

This document presents in detail the IkKa methodology developed by ifeu for the assessment of climate action measures. Next to an introduction to the IkKa system, the recommended assessment methods for direct and indirect climate action measures are explained. The report is primarily aimed at municipal representatives who want to promote climate action in their municipality. This document was produced as part of the “Instruments for municipal climate action work (IkKa)” project funded by the National Climate Initiative. In addition to this report, a short version, a technical annex, and a catalog of measures and instruments for municipal climate action are available for download on the project page.
