This document provides background data on the IkKa methodology for the assessment of climate action measures. This includes calculation bases for direct measures, emission factors, values for emissions from production and typical values. For indirect measures, target indicators and calculation bases for GHG reduction options are provided, as well as information on local authorities' options for exerting influence. This document was produced as part of the “Instruments for municipal climate action work (IkKa)” project funded by the National Climate Initiative. In addition to this document, the project produced a detailed report on the IkKa methodology, a short version of this report and a catalog of measures and instruments for municipal climate protection, which are available for download on the project page. All documents are in German.
